AC is not a bad game at all but I prefer RE franchise all over it. Mostly because the whole modern day plot of AC games is really lame/weird and feels a bit forced. Also I keep wondering why the obsession with Freemason/illuminati/satanists symbology (like the symbol in the cover). It makes the franchise even more weird. So considering I am not a big fan of the gameplay either, and have other games in mind, I wont be buying AC3.

Yeah! I was wondering how/why publishers think that in order to start developing games for a system, it first needs to sell good; when in reality it is the other way around. In order to achieve good sales on any system, it first needs huge quantities of great games.
It is like if most publishers are expecting hardware to be sold without any software to support it. A really stupid way of thinking on their part.
